-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am. No use of outdoor amenities/activities.
-Vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked on property.
-Even though you can see it in your booking details, there is a 13% City tax.
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
